When serving at Holidaily Brewing Co., we try to provide GF pizzas which are as celiac-friendly as we can. Every time we serve at Holidaily Brewing Co., we thoroughly clean our trailer, including inside the oven and refrigerators. We also only use fresh/un-opened product, and cook each pizza in its own aluminum tray. At all other locations, our gluten-free pizzas are crafted specifically for gluten-sensitive individuals. Each pizza is cooked in its own aluminum tray, and handled with care to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
