Who We Are...
Our Story
John and Ron have known each other since 6th grade in New Jersey, where they worked at the small town pizzeria throughout high school and college breaks. After relocating to Colorado in 1997 and 2000, John and Ron would talk for years about starting a pizza business. We're good at it, let's roll some dough! They finally decided to bring the recipe they learned in the Garden State here to the front range in the form of a pizza trailer.
Our Journey
John and Ron head to the new home base at Restaurant Depot to explore everything they need to make the dream come true... guess we're "making boxes" once again.
The Trailer
The 16' Foot trailer is equipped with an oven with the capacity to cook four 18" pizzas at one time, using a traditional pizzeria oven.
What's your pie?
We have toppings to fit everyone's taste! We'll also have perfected our GLUTEN FREE option. We have pepperoni, ground sausage, ham, bacon, peppers, onions, jalapenos, black olives, and broccoli.
